Position: Office Receptionist / Director of First Impressions

Job Description: Help us make a GREAT first impression by greeting our customers both in-person and on the phone, as well as assisting them with setting up estimates and work orders, and processing payments. Keep us organized by processing paperwork quickly and efficiently. Build teamwork by assisting our electricians with material and information on their projects.

Some of the important things you will be doing:

  • Answer telephones quickly and in a friendly/personable manner; return calls to customers with scheduled estimate and work order dates. The phone must be your friend!

  • Get things started in our computer system; create estimates, purchase orders and other essentials of a work order.

  • Help us keep it all together; file all those important papers for customer and vendor files.

  • Keep us informed; process daily mail and get it to the right person.

  • Make sure we have what we need by maintaining our office supplies.

  • Keep us neat and orderly; assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the office.

  • Keep it to your self; always maintain confidentiality of all information in (and out) of the office.

  • Always be kind; to our customers, vendors, and team members.

  • Keep a positive attitude and image for the Company.

A few things we are looking for:

  • Friendly, organized and comfortable communicating with people in-person and on the phone.

  • Experience with computers and QuickBooks would be great — but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation and Benefits: We take care of our team members by offering competitive pay and benefits. Pay for this position will be between $13.50 and $15.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.
